Here’re 3 Reasons Why You Feel Bloated After Eating: 

1. Eating Too Fast: 

When you eat too fast, you swallow more air, which can cause bloating and gas. Slowing down to properly chew your food helps to break down larger particles of food into smaller ones, aiding digestion. 

2. Too Spicy Food 

When red chilli powder exceeds the daily requirement of the day, it can cause acidity and, thus, bloating.  

3. Too much Salt And Soda 

High sodium intake has severe effects on health; one of them is gastrointestinal issues that can lead to acidity & bloating!

How To Get Relief From Bloating: 

If certain foods cause bloating, there are some others that may help alleviate it. You can have a bowl of curd, chew on a few fennel seeds, have a banana or cucumber or just sip on warm herbal tea.
