Tandoori Aloo Kathi Roll Recipe | How To Make Tandoori Aloo Kathi Roll
Start by preparing the tandoori aloo mixture. For this, boil the potatoes and then cut them into cubes. Transfer them to a bowl and combine them with all the dry masalas. Mix well and keep aside for half an hour. This will allow all the flavours to be fully absorbed. Once done, bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown in colour. Next, heat a paratha on a tawa. Place the prepared tandoori-aloo mixture in the centre. Top it with sliced onions, coriander leaves, and chutney. Seal all the edges nicely and fold it into a wrap. You can even brush some butter on top. Secure with a toothpick, serve hot and enjoy!
